Shipping Info

We charge flat rate $12.75 for shipping within the United States.  After an order is placed, we don’t accept cancellation, subtraction or addition to the existing order.  In some rare cases, if a tuber is not stored well through winter, we will issue a refund. 

We may keep updating product availability and quantity.  You can make multiple orders and we will combine the shipping. Your additional shipping charges will be refunded, minus $2 processing fee for each additional order.  Please make sure to use the same email address for multiple orders so the system can recognize them easily.

By default, we will NOT combine tubers purchased in earlier season with rooted cuttings together as we start packing tubers in March.  If in later season we are able to combine them, shipping from your additional orders will be refunded, minus $2 processing fee for each additional order. 

We will ship your orders as soon as weather permits, typically starting from early April. If you have specific shipping requirements, please leave us a note at the time of placing an order. However, due to MN cold weather, earlier shipment is unlikely.  We will notify you once the order is shipped out.
